Through this online portal, you are able to view past and future appointments, request refill renewals as well as submit secure questions about your health and treatment to our dedicated staff members.
Signing up is simple. Simply provide your email address and request an invite by letting one of our staff members know. You may also use our Contact page to send us your email and request an invite. We will update your information and add your e-mail address, which will generate an invitation to you, so you can register for this convenient service. Once you have created an account, you will have access to the following features:
- View appointments: Past and future appointments scheduled with our office will be listed on the home page of your account for convenient reference.
- View your health information: Our patient portal account will update anytime there is an activity in your chart. You can also view recorded diagnoses, treatment plans, vital signs, medications, patient education resources, and more!
- Prescription Renewal: Request a refill on your current prescriptions. You will just need the basic information from your prescription label to request a renewal.
- Ask a Question: Tired of calling our office to have a simple question about your health care or concerns answered? Use this feature to securely email us any question you have about your health care or your health conditions!
